I have to choose the best of the above 10 laptops listed, I certainly will choose the number HP 15 Thin & Light 15.6-inch FHD Laptop (Ryzen 3 3250U/8GB/256GB SSD + 1TB HDD/Win 10 Home/MS Office/1.82 Kg/Natural Silver), 15s-gr0012AU and Lenovo Ideapad S145 Intel Core i3 10th Gen 15.6 inch FHD Thin and Light Laptop (8GB/256 GB SSD/Windows 10/Office 2019/Grey/1.85Kg), 81W800B1IN based on your processor brand requirement in the list i.e. Ryzen or Intel processors. If you are comfortable with Ryzen processors, take the HP 15s-gr0012AU. For me, there is no difference between Intel and Ryzen. In total you will save around Rs. 8,000 (3500 for HDD and 4000 for office).
8GB RAM is the maximum RAM size you will get in this price range. It also has an AMD Radeon Vega 6 graphics which is not the best but also not the worst. This is what you will get in this price range. You can’t expect the best of everything in this price range of below Rs. 40,000. You have to compromise somewhere.
